Old Saltleians Women’s Rugby Club was proud to welcome England Red Roses international Amy Cokayne to a recent training session, delivering an evening that left players inspired and full of enthusiasm.
The session focused on key elements of game play, with an emphasis on structure, communication, and decision-making under pressure. Players were given a valuable opportunity to experience elite-level coaching, gaining insight into the standards required at the highest level of the sport.
Throughout the evening, Amy worked closely with the squad, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical advice to help develop both individual skills and overall team cohesion. Her energy and approachable manner helped create a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensuring everyone got the most out of the session.
