Since we started, around 6 years ago, we’ve now collected 14,000 bags of rubbish off the streets of Castle Bromwich, keeping our area tidy.
We regularly pick up around 40 bags of rubbish per week
We are a group of around 18 volunteers who litter pick from the Clock Garage to Kingshurst, Parkhall to Shard End.
We regularly report flytipping and have had two successful prosecutions of around £1000 each.
This group of volunteers pick virtually every week in all sorts of weather.
