Tough 2024 for Doyle

2024 Has certainly been a hard year for Paddy Doyle both mentally and physically, since February he has achieved 49 documented strength speed stamina challenges and World Records, which were a combination of kayaking, mountain biking, military cross country speed marches carrying various weighted backpacks, and beat Russian, Swiss and Asian dumbbell lifting World Records. Whatever the climate conditions Doyle and his support team braved all of the harsh weather downpours to reach the finish line well within the cut off times.

Paddy has also been magnanimous towards his arch rivals in victory, which has made him a cut above the rest. The 900th career sporting feat is getting closer and the GB Endurance Athlete will make another historical milestone spanning eleven different sporting disciplines. He has mentioned many times that he puts his mental strength down to serving in the Parachute Regiment and Army/RAF Reserves, including his amateur martial arts full contact contests and amateur boxing background.

“I am looking forward to reaching my career 900th sporting challenge it has definitely mentally tested me, injuries were a concern but I made sure I recieved sports remedial therapy, the support team members have also supported me 100% which contributed to my successes throughout 2024.”
