Coleshill & District Gardening Club
At long last the gardening club are meeting face to face for the first time since the Covid pandemic. We have visited three members gardens in Shustoke, Whitacre and Coleshill. We were also kindly invited to visit the gardens of “My Tiny Estate”(otherwise known to locals as the old library) which was absolutely amazing. We also had a day at a members garden to assemble stacked flower pots which we did on a very hot, sunny afternoon and as you can see from the photos we had a successful time. In the coming weeks we are arranging a talk by a member of the Woodland Trust to discuss the future of trees in our area. We are also hoping to arrange a discussion about the gardens that were found at Coleshill Manor by Wessex Archaeology.
Look out for dates of these events in the Coleshill Post or on “What’s On B46” Facebook page. We are a very active group and would always welcome new members.
