Against a backdrop of markets crashing and businesses tumbling, local Brand and Web Agency PLOTT Creative are helping new businesses stand tall in the wake of the pandemic.

One of these is new Estate Agency Business ‘Edwards and Gray.’ Coleshill based founder, Emma Gray has been an estate agent in the local area and across Birmingham for almost 20 years having worked for both high street and online agencies.

Partnering with Charlotte Edwards, the two local female entrepreneurs were keen to use their experience to set up their own business. They spotted a gap in the market, but, having grown her former business from start up to market leader, Emma understood the importance of a strong brand and turned to lifelong friend and fellow Coleshill business owner Anna Plotnek from PLOTT Creative for help.

Anna, who is passionate about supporting women in business, was keen to help the start-up hit the ground running “It’s great to see positivity coming out of the pandemic and it’s definitely a pivotal moment for entrepreneurs. There’s a real shift in people wanting to support local businesses too.”

She continued, “We wanted to create a totally unique colour scheme that would stand out in the property market. Their branding is feminine, soft and homely so wecame up with a simple, stylish design that is both modern yet traditional.”

Buying and selling property has been transformed by Covid-19 and we spotted an opportunity for a more personal approach tailored to customers needs but also to provide an aspirational platform for agents to grow their own personal brand and client base.” 

The estate agent duo, alongside their growing partner network, are selling houses across Birmingham, Solihull and North Warwickshire from flats to high end family homes and their unique approach has already helped them get off to a flying start selling properties across the midlands.
