A new committee was formed over the summer months to expand the CTFC Junior Section and capitalise on the very successful Mini Soccer School, sponsored by Coleshill Carnival. At the moment there are just two teams preparing for the coming season which should commence early September but due to Covid 19 it looks as though it will be delayed. But the idea is to expand over the coming years getting at least one team, hopefully one day their will be a Girls team, from the Mini Soccer School every year and within a short period of time CTFC will have a Junior team in ever age group. CTFC Under 10’s are entering their third season under the leadership of Manager Stuart Harris and the Under 7’s, the first team to come from the CTFC Mini Soccer School are managed by Ciaran Barber. It has been tough for the newly formed Under 7’s as Covid 19 stopped all training and gatherings and going into their first season that wasn’t very helpfull. In fact they started their very first training session as a team on Saturday 18th July at the Memorial Park and it was very successful, everyone was over the moon to be out kicking a football again. Well done boys!
